About Us

Our mission is simple.  We exist to deliver actionable insights that awaken hearts & minds and accelerate growth.  We believe that organizations driven by a clear & strong sense of purpose develop compelling strategies that are successfully executed with passion and conviction.  This creates exceptional value and brings purposeful growth.

Kardia (kar-dee´-ah) is a Greek word meaning “heart” or “center”.  At Kardia, helping our clients identify and achieve purposeful growth is at the heart of everything we do.  We are a management consulting firm that brings a unique approach to our client partnerships – helping organizations achieve "double impact" growth strategies that bring positive change and profitable growth.

We believe in long-term partnerships that deliver lasting value.  We provide clarity where there is complexity - helping our clients deliver meaningful and measurable results in the areas of strategy development & execution, domestic & international expansion, sales excellence, M&A, and optimal organizational design.

We are passionate about helping our clients transform upside potential into purposeful growth.
